This study was conducted to identify the structural relationship of authentic leadership, organizational communication, organizational effectiveness, and psychological capital among "520" office workers at the government offices, public enterprises, and companies in D metropolitan city. First, as the result of analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between the sub-regions of organizational effectiveness, authentic leadership, psychological capital, and organizational communication. Second, it was found that authentic leadership influenced on the organizational effectiveness, and organizational communication had a significant influence on the psychological capital and organizational effectiveness. Then, psychological capital affected the organizational effectiveness.Keywords

This study was carried on "468" foreign workers from four areas of Chungnam province in Korea in order to verify the structural relationships among self-efficacy, social networks, adaptation to Korean society and hope. First, positive correlations were observed among self-efficacy, hope and social networks, with a negative correlation among the sub¬areas of adaptation to Korean society. In addition, there was a negative correlation between adaptation to Korean society and pathway thinking. Second, self-efficacy had a positive influence on social networks and hope, while social networks also displayed a positive impact on hope. In addition, hope had a positive influence on adaptation to Korean society. Based on these results, policies to help foreign workers adapt in Korean society were suggested.Keywords

This study was executed to identify the structural relationship between personal image, organization communication, organization effectiveness, and psychological capital targeting “520” office employees who are working in public offices, public enterprises, and private companies in D metropolitan city. First, there was significant positive correlation between the sub-domains of organization effectiveness, personal image, psychological capital, and organization communication. Second, study results showed that personal image affects psychological capital, organization communication significantly affects psychological capital and organization effectiveness, and psychological capital affects organization effectiveness.Keywords

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the double mediation effects of selfesteem and hope on how a boss’s incivility affects life satisfaction in 339 Korean workers.
Method/Statistical Analysis: SPSS Win. 25.0 and PROCESS macro for SPSS version 3.4 were used for descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and double mediation effect analysis.
Findings: First, Pearson correlation analysis showed statistically significant correlations between a boss’s incivility, life satisfaction, self-esteem and hope. Second, PROCESS macro analysis showed that a boss’s incivility negatively affected self-esteem and life satisfaction, self-esteem positively influenced hope and satisfaction with life, and hope positively influenced the satisfaction with life. Third, in the relationship between a boss’s incivility and life satisfaction, self-esteem and hope were double-mediators.
Improvements/Applications: This result is expected to contribute to the formation of a new workplace culture in Korea as a new model in which self-esteem and hope mediate how a boss’s incivility affects life satisfaction.

Background/Objectives:This study examines the moderated mediation effect of hope on the relationship between body image, growth mindset, grit, and successful aging in 422 elderly people in Korea.
Method/Statistical Analysis:Descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderated mediation effect analysis were done using SPSS Win.25.0 and PROCESS macro version 3.4.
Findings:First, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between body image, growth mindset, hope, grit, and successful aging. Second, hope moderated the mediating effect of growth mindset and grit in the relationship between body image and successful aging.
Improvements/Applications:This result shows that the body image of the elderly in Korean society influences successful aging through growth mindset and grit. It will be a way to increase successful aging.
